We continue to drive progress toward a cleaner tomorrow through innovation in our product portfolio and the services we provide to our customers.

With over 100 years of manufacturing expertise and industry relationships, PHINIA provides a wide range of fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions to customers across a variety of applications and industries, including global transportation, industrial equipment, and aerospace and defense.

Environment

Advancing sustainability through Product Engineering, and Facilities and Operations.

PHINIA is building momentum toward a future that is both more energy efficient and environmentally responsible. We’re leveraging our global portfolio of products and services to develop systems that support lower-carbon and carbon-free fuel types, while taking a systems-level approach to optimizing fuel efficiency in traditional and hybrid combustion systems.

Additionally, our commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions across our operations continues as we drive progress toward our absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions reduction target of 50% by 2030 based on our 2020 baseline using a market-based methodology.

In 2025, we made measurable progress across safety, well-being, learning, and engagement by investing in employee development and community impact.

This included expanding the range of development opportunities available to our employees, continuing to demonstrate industry-leading safety performance, and launching PHINIA Society — an umbrella initiative for community engagement.

We further embedded sustainability insights into how we prioritize risks, engage with suppliers, and make sourcing decisions in our global supply chain — promoting greater transparency across our global supplier base.
