Beijing, China. (April 17th, 2026) – PHINIA Inc. At this year’s event, PHINIA will reveal progress towards 500bar+ peak injection pressures for its next-generation gasoline direct injection (GDi) system, engineered to support the automotive industry’s transition toward future emissions regulations, expected from December 2026.
PHINIA’s 500bar+ advanced system for high-pressure injection applications now includes enhanced software and system optimization capabilities, specifically designed to activate under operating conditions most sensitive to emissions and combustion. Delivering improved fuel atomization, reduced particulate emissions, and increased fuel efficiency, PHINIA’s advanced system represents a significant step forward for high-pressure fuel injection performance across a range of fuel types.
